A box of ammonia capsules, 5 big triangle bandaged, 1 4x6 inch band-aid, 3 rolls of sealed gauze, a box of latex gloves, and a few iodine wipes.
Please note the lack of band-aids, tape, or scissors.
I'm not injured badly or anything, a little pressure washer accident last weekend that I banged on a chair and is bleeding a little. It is now secured with one piece of non-stick sterile pad secured with a rubber band. The rubber band was a little loose around my wrist, so it is tightened by a little stick twisted and tucked into my watch band in a lovely example of

Have directions, was going to try to be there on the 7th but was feeling crappy and it was raining and the people we were going with bailed.This weekend I'll be in Florida, but we plan to try to get out there on the 21th
